Asian-style turkey meatballs in an air fryer
A source of protein and healthy fats, this dish is rich in vitamins and minerals thanks to the greens and sesame. Tasty and aromatic, it is perfect for a light dinner or snack.


Cut the turkey thigh fillet (300 g) into small pieces. Chop the garlic (1 clove, about 5 g). Remove the leaves from the basil (5 g) and parsley (5 g) sprigs.
Combine the turkey, egg yolk (1 pc), lime juice (5 g), sugar-free chili sauce (5 g), garlic, basil, and parsley in a blender or food processor. Grind until you have a uniform mince, and salt to taste.
If using store-bought chili sauce, first prepare a keto version without sugar and add it to the mince. You can also serve a little of the same sauce separately.
With wet hands, roll small balls from the mince. Coat each ball in a mixture of white and black sesame seeds (8 g).
Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C. Place the balls in the air fryer basket on parchment and cook for 12 minutes, until golden brown. Serve hot with sugar-free sweet and sour chili sauce.
