Soak the almonds (50 g) overnight in clean or boiled water. The next day, drain the water and rinse the almonds under running water.
Place the almonds in a blender along with nutritional yeast (2 tbsp), garlic powder (1 tsp), lemon juice (2 tbsp), and turmeric (1/2 tsp).
Blend the mixture on low speed.
Then gradually add water while continuing to blend until you reach the desired sauce consistency. It should be smooth and creamy.
Season with salt to taste.
