Tuna Poke
Raw tuna provides complete protein, while sweet onion and wakame are combined with sesame and a soy-sesame dressing. A short rest keeps the fish fresh and gives this chilled dish a savory flavor.

Dice the tuna fillet (300 g) into pieces about 1.5 cm. Finely chop the sweet onion (85 g).
Cover the dried wakame seaweed (2 g) with hot water and leave it for 5 minutes. Drain and pat the wakame dry with a paper towel.
Combine the tuna, onion, wakame, sesame seeds (5 g), soy sauce (sugar-free) (20 g), sesame oil (10 g), stevia (2 g), and hot pepper (chili) flakes (to taste). Season with table salt (to taste).
Let the poke rest at room temperature for 5 minutes, then serve.
