Cut the eggplant (180 g) into batons, and peel and pat dry the large shrimp (100 g). If desired, prepare the seasonings in advance: garlic, paprika, a little chili, and salt.
Heat the ghee (40 g) in a skillet, add the eggplant, and fry it quickly for about 3 minutes until the pieces brown lightly and start to soften.
