Flax chia porridge thickens without cooking and can be served as a cold dessert or a quick breakfast.
Lightly grind flaxseed or flax meal (50 g) and chia seeds (20 g). Mix with pumpkin puree from pumpkin (140 g), cinnamon (2 g), vanilla (2 g) and sea salt (1 g).
