Chop one green onion stalk (5 g).

In a bowl, combine canned tuna (70 g), one egg, almond flour (25 g), and chopped green onion.

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients.

Form three equal patties from the mixture.

Pour olive oil (1 tbsp) into a skillet and heat it over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet and fry them for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
