Preparation of the Marinade
Mix the ingredients for the marinade:
- Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
- Vinegar (1 tsp, preferably rice or wine vinegar)
Preparation of the Dish
Place diced chicken fillet (400 g) into the marinade and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, pour olive oil (2 tbsp) into a pan or wok and heat it over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, add sliced onion (1 piece) and sauté it until translucent.
When the onion becomes semi-transparent, add the marinated chicken and fry it for 3-4 minutes.
After that, add diced sweet pepper (1 piece) and sliced hot pepper (1 piece), spices (salt, black pepper, red chili pepper to taste), and crushed garlic (1 clove). Continue to fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Then pour in soy sauce (2 tbsp), add cashews (50 g), and, if desired, honey (1 tsp). Stir-fry everything together for another minute.
Finally, sprinkle the finished dish with chopped green onions (1 bunch).
