Filet mignon

First, heat the pan over medium heat and add oil (10 ml).

Now place the filet mignon (250–300 g) in the pan and sear it on each side for 40 seconds, also don’t forget to sear the edges to “seal” in the juices of the meat.
Once the steak is browned, transfer it to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven to your desired doneness.

When the steak is ready, remove it from the oven and season with salt and pepper to taste.
