Rinse the turkey thigh fillet (1000 g) and pat it dry well. Rub it with salt (5 g), garlic powder (3 g), khmeli-suneli (3 g), paprika (2 g), and minced fresh garlic (10 g).
Place the turkey on parchment, inner side up, massage the spices into the meat, and roll it tightly. Wrap the roll in parchment and refrigerate overnight or for at least a few hours.
Transfer the turkey to a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 1.5 hours, until fully cooked through. Let the buzhenina rest briefly before slicing.
