Combine all the ingredients in one bowl:
- prepared avocado;
- cream cheese or cottage cheese (100 g);
- softened butter (50 g);
- pumpkin seeds (25 g);
- salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the mixture and place it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
When the mixture cools down, take it out of the refrigerator and use plastic wrap to shape it into a log.
Roll the resulting log in nut flour (15 g). After that, cut it into portioned pieces.
Place the finished rolls in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours, or better for a longer period.
Store them in a closed container to keep them fresh.
