Combine all ingredients except sesame seeds:
- shredded coconut (30 g);
- coconut milk (15 g);
- coconut urbech (60 g);
- stevia (10 g);
- zest of 2 lemons;
- almond flour (30 g).
Mix them thoroughly to achieve a homogeneous mass.
After that, take about two tablespoons of the resulting mixture and shape it into a bar of your desired form, pressing it firmly in your hands.
Then roll the formed bars in slightly warmed coconut urbech (2-3 tbsp), and after that in sesame seeds or another topping of your choice (2-3 tbsp).
It is recommended to store the finished bars in the refrigerator.
