Finely shred the cabbage (250 g). Then cut the carrot (100 g) into thin strips, and dice the onion (50 g) into small cubes. Chop the parsley (5 g) and basil (5 g) finely.

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Dress the salad with olive oil (30 ml) and apple cider vinegar (10 ml).

Add a pinch of sweetener, and salt and pepper to taste.

Finally, gently massage the salad with your hands.
