Beat the softened butter (10 g) together with the erythritol (20 g) until you achieve a smooth mixture. Then add room temperature cream cheese (50 g) and room temperature coconut oil (20 g), continuing to beat until the ingredients are fully combined.
Melt the chocolate (20 g) in a water bath or microwave and add it to the butter mixture. Mix thoroughly to ensure the chocolate is well distributed.
Add peanut flour (20 g), cocoa powder (10 g), and vanilla or vanilla extract to taste to the mixture. Mix everything well.
Form small portions of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Make sure to leave spaces between the cookies so they do not stick together while baking.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
