Recalculate the sweetener. (Erythritol)
Beat the eggs (2 pcs.) with erythritol (50 g) using a whisk.
Then add the remaining ingredients and gently mix until a homogeneous dough is formed:
- melted butter or coconut oil (25 g);
- almond flour (115 g);
- cocoa powder (5 g);
- baking powder (1/2 tsp);
- vanillin or vanilla extract to taste.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and form balls from them. Place a square of dark chocolate inside each ball.
Roll the ball in your hands again to carefully cover the chocolate with the dough.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake the balls for 20–25 minutes.
