Put cooked peeled shrimp (350 g) into a container. Add lemon (50 g), lemon zest (6 g), finely chopped parsley (20 g), garlic (10 g), soy sauce (10 g), olive oil (7 g), sea salt (1 g) and black pepper (1 g).

Stir, cover and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
