Baked Mackerel with Sour Cream, Mustard and Onion
Mackerel provides protein and omega-3 fatty acids, while sour cream softens its rich flavor. In the oven, the onion turns tender and the mustard sauce coats the fish in a creamy layer. Serve hot while the sauce still surrounds each piece.
