Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes (85 g) and capers (25 g) in about 3 minutes.
Mash the softened butter (200 g) with a silicone spatula.
Add the herbes de Provence (5 g), chopped tomatoes and capers, and paprika (10 g). Mix for about 3 minutes until evenly distributed.
Place the mixture on cling film and shape it into a log.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
