Cut the courgettes (300 g), bell pepper (150 g), onion (100 g), and tomatoes (300 g).

Place the turkey in a dish, arrange the courgettes and bell pepper on top, then add the tomatoes and onion.

Cover with sour cream 30% (200 g) and bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.

Sprinkle with parsley (10 g) before serving.
