Stewed cabbage with minced meat

Finely chop the cabbage (450 g).
Place a large skillet over medium or high heat and melt ghee (40 g) in it.
Add the chopped cabbage and sauté it, making sure it becomes soft but not burnt.
After that, add the spices to the cabbage:
- onion powder (1 tsp);
- salt (1/2 tsp);
- ground black pepper (1/4 tsp);
- ground red pepper (1 tsp).
Sauté the cabbage with the spices for a few minutes, stirring constantly, and then transfer it to a separate bowl.
In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic (2 cloves) and ginger (1 tbsp) for a few minutes.
Then add the ground beef (250 g) and continue to cook until the meat changes color and almost all the liquid evaporates.
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the chopped green onion (3 stalks) and the previously sautéed cabbage to the skillet.
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Before serving, drizzle the dish with sesame oil.
