    Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

    Thoroughly rinse the chicken liver (300 g) in cold water.

    Then place the liver, eggs (2 pcs.), melted butter (90 g), and spices into a blender bowl.

    You can use spices to your taste:

    • salt;
    • ground black pepper;
    • black and pink peppercorns with bay leaf.

    Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

    After that, pour the mixture into baking molds. Place them in a larger heatproof dish and carefully pour boiling water so that the water level reaches at least halfway up the molds.

    Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.

    After the time is up, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool at room temperature.

    Store the pâté in the refrigerator. If desired, it can also be frozen.
