Heat a pan with ghee (1 tsp) or avocado oil. Pour in the egg mixture and fry on both sides until golden brown. If desired, add turmeric (a pinch) for color and aroma.

Prepare the minced meat (300 g) from any meat. Add onion (1/2), garlic (1 clove), salt, and pepper to taste. Fry until cooked, about 7–8 minutes.

Place the filling on the egg pancake, roll it up or fold it like an envelope. When serving, you can lightly warm it in the oven or on the pan to make the brizol soft and juicy.
