Melt cocoa butter (30 g) in a water bath and add cocoa mass (70 g), stirring until fully smooth. Then mix in allulose (20 g) so the chocolate base becomes slightly sweeter and more even.

Arrange salted peanuts (60 g) in silicone molds and pour the chocolate mixture over them. Chill the candies in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until they fully set and become firm.
