In a separate bowl combine egg (50 g), olive oil (14 g), apple cider vinegar (5 g), and boiled water (90 g), then quickly work the liquid into the dry mixture and knead a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 4 parts, shape small buns, sprinkle the tops with sesame seeds (10 g), and transfer them to a parchment-lined tray. Bake for 45 minutes at 170 degrees C until the crust turns golden, then let them cool slightly and serve warm.
