Greek-style chicken with vegetables and feta cheese

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
On a baking sheet, place roughly chopped red (1 piece) and yellow bell peppers (1 piece), slices of red onion (1 piece), lemon wedges (1 piece), and chopped tomatoes (250 g).
In a separate bowl, whisk together:
- garlic (2 cloves);
- olive oil (3-4 tbsp);
- balsamic vinegar (1 1/2 tbsp);
- smoked paprika (1/2 tsp);
- dried oregano (1 tsp).
Pour half of the dressing over the vegetables, and sprinkle with salt (1/4 tsp) and black pepper (1/2 tsp).
Add pieces of chicken (any part can be used, for example, 4 drumsticks or thighs) and mix all the ingredients together.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 25 minutes.
After the time is up, add slices of feta cheese (100-120 g), chopped fresh basil (2 tbsp), and olives (1/2 can). Drizzle with the remaining dressing and return the baking sheet to the oven for another 5 minutes.
Before serving, garnish the dish with fresh basil.
