Chicken Wings in Apple Marinade
Chicken wings give this dish plenty of complete protein, while olive oil makes the marinade softer and richer. Apple cider vinegar and spices add bright flavor without extra carbs, so this works well for a keto dinner.

Mix olive oil (28 g), apple cider vinegar (5 g), paprika (4 g), coriander (2 g), pepper blend (2 g), oregano (1 g), and table salt (6 g). Coat the chicken wings (1000 g) with this mixture and leave them for 20-30 minutes so the spices can distribute more evenly.
Transfer the wings to a parchment-lined tray, pour over the remaining marinade, and bake for 75 minutes at 180 degrees C until deeply golden. Serve them hot while the meat stays juicy and the skin becomes especially fragrant.
