Cut salmon (360 g) into large pieces and thread them onto skewers with green onion (15 g). Divide sugar-free teriyaki sauce (50 g): brush part of it over the fish with olive oil (15 g), and reserve the rest for serving.
Cook the skewers on a hot pan or grill until done, turning occasionally. Serve with kimchi (80 g) and sesame (2 g), with the reserved sauce.
