Fillet the cold-smoked mackerel (1 piece), remove the skin, and use tweezers to remove all the bones. After that, cut the mackerel meat into small pieces and place them in a blender bowl.

Next, add the following ingredients to the blender bowl:

lemon juice (1 tsp);
fat sour cream (2 tbsp);
table horseradish (1/2 tsp);
a few sprigs of parsley (finely chopped).

Blend the mixture until all the components are combined, but the pâté should retain its texture.
