Tirey sauce is a quick spicy-sour sauce made with soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and cilantro. It works well with slow-cooked meat, bone-in beef, cold beef, and hearty keto snacks.
Finely chop the cilantro (10 g). Crush or mince the garlic (5 g) so it disperses evenly in the sauce.
Mix sugar-free soy sauce (100 g), 9% vinegar (30 g), garlic, cilantro, allulose (2 g), coriander seeds (1 g), and chili pepper (1 g). Stir until the sweetener dissolves.
Refrigerate the sauce for 1 hour so the garlic, cilantro, and coriander open up. Stir again before serving.
