Boil the asparagus (300 g) in salted water for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Wrap each asparagus stick in a strip of raw bacon (150 g). Use beef or pork, without smoked additives. If desired, add garlic cloves (3 pcs) for flavor.
Sauté the asparagus in bacon for 5–7 minutes until golden brown. Place on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
You can bake the asparagus at 190°C until crispy.
Serve the sticks on lettuce leaves (50 g) or Chinese cabbage, garnished with fresh herbs (to taste).
