Add almond flour (50 g), baking soda (2 g) activated with apple cider vinegar (15 ml), xanthan gum (1 g), and salt. Mix and transfer the batter to a pan.

Bake the bread at 180°C for 35–40 minutes. Cool it completely before slicing.
