Turkey Drumstick Baked in a Roasting Sleeve

Mix olive oil (35 g), garlic (12 g), paprika (5 g), dried basil (3 g), table salt (8 g), and pepper blend (2 g). Rub the marinade over turkey drumstick (1 kg), wrap it in film or a bag, and refrigerate overnight.

Place the drumstick into a roasting sleeve, tie the ends, and put it into an oven preheated to 180°C. Bake for about 1.5 hours, until the meat near the bone is fully hot and the thickest part reaches 74°C.

Cut the sleeve open carefully 30 minutes before the end and expose the top. Keep baking and baste the drumstick with the juices every 5-7 minutes, so the surface browns well.
