Clean the squid (4 pcs), rinse and pour boiling water over them for 5 minutes. Let cool.

Chop the shrimp (200 g), white fish (150 g), and garlic (2 cloves). Sauté in melted butter (1 tbsp) for 3-4 minutes until lightly golden. Add salt, pepper, turmeric (to taste), a little chili, and optionally diced tomato (1 pc). Mix and let cool slightly.

Add guacamole (3 tbsp) to the filling and mix well.

Stuff the squid with the mixture, brush the top with melted butter (1 tsp), and season with salt and pepper.

Place on a baking sheet and bake at 170 °C for 10-15 minutes.

Before serving, drizzle with fresh lime juice (1 pc) and sprinkle with chopped herbs (to taste).
