Preparing the crumbs

Mix almond flour, erythritol (100 g), and vanilla for the crumb. Add melted butter and rub the mixture into moist crumbs. Main ingredient: Almond flour — 450 g.

Preparing the filling

Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, erythritol, and vanilla until smooth. Press half of the crumb into a pan, spread over the filling, and cover with the remaining crumb.

Bake at 170 °C for about 38 minutes, cool completely, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
