Rinse the mussels (200 g). Clean the squid (240 g), remove the membranes, and cut it into thin strips.

Finely chop the onion (150 g) and sauté it in olive oil (45 g). Add the mussels and squid and fry until the liquid evaporates.

Pour in the cream 20% fat content (200 g), add table salt (to taste) and black pepper (to taste), bring to a boil, and remove from the heat.

Divide the mixture between ramekins, sprinkle with hard cheese (150 g), and bake for 5–7 minutes at 200°C.
