Boil the chicken breast (1 piece) in salted water for 40-60 minutes.
Remove the meat from the broth and let it cool completely. Cut the cooled breast across the grain into small pieces.
Peel the boiled eggs (2 pieces) and cut them into small cubes.
Dice the cucumbers (2 pieces) into small cubes. If the skin is tough, it’s better to peel it. Also, dice the radishes (8 pieces).
Wash the green onions (1 bunch), dill (1 bunch), and parsley (1 bunch), shake off the water, and finely chop.
In a deep bowl, combine all the chopped ingredients. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add sour cream (6 tbsp) to the bowl and pour in the sparkling mineral water (300-600 ml). Also, add lemon wedges (a couple of wedges per serving).
