Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Fill a baking dish with the halibut fillet (450 g). Season the fish with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with lemon juice (to taste).
Bake the fish for 10 minutes.
Mix the softened butter (20 g), homemade mayonnaise (50 g), and grated Parmesan cheese (70 g).
Add finely chopped green onions (2 tbsp). Add garlic (2 cloves), pressed. Stir the sauce until smooth.
Remove the fish from the oven. Evenly spread the garlic-Parmesan sauce over the surface of the fillet.
Return the dish to the oven. Bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
