Poach the salmon fillet (400 g) in a small amount of water until partly cooked.

Melt the butter (50 g), stir in the almond flour (30 g), and gradually add the cream 20% fat content (150 g). Heat until smooth.

Place the salmon, peeled shrimp (200 g), and hard cheese (120 g) in a dish. Pour over the sauce and add table salt (to taste), black pepper (to taste), and parsley (15 g).

Bake for 12–15 minutes at 200°C, until the cheese melts.
