Chop 350-400 g of broccoli in a blender until it reaches a fine crumb consistency.
Then dice 1/2 mango into small cubes and chop a bunch of parsley. Combine all these ingredients in a bowl with the seeds of 1/2 pomegranate and mix well.
Finely chop 1 onion and mix it with the juice of 1 lemon, 3 tbsp. of olive oil, salt, and pepper (to taste).
After that, add the dressing to the broccoli mixture and thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, gently add 4 chicken eggs one at a time, and cook them to your desired doneness.
Then place one egg on each plate with tabbouleh and add 2 tbsp. of pike caviar on top of the eggs.
