Heat the oven to 170°C. Grease a small loaf pan or baking tin with butter (5 g).

Beat eggs (200 g) with a mixer until they become lighter and a little fluffier. Blend spinach (50 g) with melted ghee (50 g) until smooth, then add this green mixture to the eggs.

Add coconut flour (50 g), sesame seeds (30 g), pumpkin seeds (30 g), flax meal (30 g), baking soda (5 g), and table salt (2 g). Stir into a thick green batter, then add lemon juice (5 g) at the end and mix once more.

Transfer the batter to the prepared pan, smooth the top, and bake for 40 minutes until the loaf is risen, firm on top, and springs back when lightly pressed. Let it cool briefly in the pan, then remove it, cool completely, and slice only after it has settled.
