  • Almond flour (150 g);
  • Baking powder (2 tsp);
  • Salt (1 tsp).

When the water boils, add apple cider vinegar (2 tsp) and egg whites (3 pcs.) to the dry ingredients.

Thoroughly mix the mixture using a hand mixer or whisk for about 30 seconds. Gradually pour in the boiling water, but do not beat the dough too long — it should have a consistency similar to that of plasticine.

Now, moisten your fingers with olive oil and shape the dough into six separate rolls. Place them on a greased baking sheet and, if desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds (2 tbsp).

Place the rolls in the oven on the bottom rack and bake for 50-60 minutes.

You can determine readiness by the hollow sound the rolls make when tapped on the bottom.
