In one bowl, combine all the dry ingredients:

  • 100 g peanut flour;
  • 2 tbsp psyllium;
  • 1 tsp baking powder;
  • a pinch of salt.

In a separate container, mix all the liquid components:

  • 3 eggs;
  • 100 ml cream;
  • 50 ml water;
  • 10 ml vegetable oil;
  • 40 g coconut or butter.

Combine the contents of both bowls and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

If you don’t have a silicone baking mold, line it with parchment paper. Then carefully place the dough into the prepared mold and smooth it out with a spatula.

Place the mold in the preheated oven and bake for 30–40 minutes.

You can check the readiness of the bread with a wooden stick or toothpick: it should come out dry.

After baking, let the bread cool a bit.
