Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
Season the ground beef (450 g) with salt, black pepper, and paprika to taste.
Take a 25 cm pie dish and line it with strips of bacon (280 g) so that they completely cover the bottom and slightly overlap the edges of the dish.
Then, spread the ground beef on top of the bacon, evenly distributing it across the bottom of the dish with your hands.
Add grated mozzarella (224 g) to completely cover the meat filling.
Top with sliced bell pepper (1/4 cup).
Next, carefully close the pie by folding the edges of the bacon towards the center of the dish.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce (3 tsp) and honey (1 tsp). Using a silicone brush, gently brush the top of the pie with the mixture. This will give the dish a special crust.
Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
