Start by cutting the turkey thigh fillet (250 g) into large pieces.
Next, prepare the zucchini (200 g): cut off the ends and also cut it into large pieces.
All prepared ingredients, as well as:
- herbs (10 g);
- eggs (2 pcs);
- garlic (3 cloves);
- almond flour (40 g);
- salt to taste.
Place in a blender and blend until you get a homogeneous puree-like mixture.
If you don’t have a blender, you can use a meat grinder.
Distribute the mixture into muffin molds that have been greased with vegetable oil. Then place the muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 35 minutes.
