Mix Almond flour (15 g) with grated Hard cheese (100 g). Dip each cutlet in egg, then coat it firmly with the cheese mixture.

Heat the Butter (50 g) and fry the cutlets over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through and golden.
