Cut the cooked bacon (8 strips) into large pieces and set them aside.
In a small skillet, bring water to a boil and add green beans (225 g). Cook for about 3 minutes, then remove the beans from the water and set aside.
Grind the pork cracklings (30 g) into a powder to add texture and flavor to your dish.
In a pot, heat the coconut cream (120 ml) and add salt (2 tsp), white pepper (1 tsp), and nutritional yeast (1-2 tbsp).
Cook the mixture until the cream reduces by half.
In a large skillet, place the chopped bacon and heat it over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Then add the cooked green beans to the bacon and sauté everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
After that, pour in the reduced coconut cream and gently mix.
Plate the finished dish and sprinkle with the pork crackling powder.
