Chop the garlic (0.5 cloves) into 2-3 pieces. Zest the orange (1/2 piece) and separate the leaves of dried thyme (0.5 g). Pat the cod fillet (100 g) dry with a paper towel, season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with dry paprika (1 g) on all sides.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the melted butter (5 g) and wait for it to melt. Add the orange zest, thyme, garlic, and cod fillet to the butter, and fry the fish for 3 minutes on each side until lightly browned. During frying, drizzle the cod with lemon juice (5 g).

Add the red chili pepper (5 g) along with the garlic if you want to make the flavor spicier.

Serve the cod hot. Before serving, remove the large pieces of garlic and zest if they have already infused their aroma into the butter.
