- 280 g of cream cheese or cottage cheese (at room temperature);
- 100 g of softened butter;
- 1 tbsp of sweetener;
- 25 g of finely chopped peanuts;
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
After that, place the mixture in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
When the mixture cools, take it out of the refrigerator and form small balls about 3-4 cm in diameter.
Roll each ball in coconut flakes (50 g).
Place the balls in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
