Shrimp and squid cutlets

Thaw the shrimp (500 g) and squid (400 g) completely.
If the shrimp are pink and already cooked, simply pour boiling water over them for 1 minute and drain.
Clean the raw shrimp and squid, removing the insides and membranes.
Pass the seafood through a meat grinder along with the onion (1 piece). Add garlic (2 cloves) and grated zucchini (50 g) for juiciness.
Add an egg (1 piece), flaxseed flour (2–3 tbsp), turmeric (1/3 tsp), salt, and pepper to taste. Mix until smooth.
Form patties with wet hands.
Heat ghee (2 tbsp) in a skillet. Fry the patties on one side over medium heat until golden brown (about 3–4 minutes), then flip, cover with a lid, and fry for another 4–5 minutes until cooked through.
Serve with lemon juice, herbs, and a light avocado sauce or homemade mayonnaise.
