Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients:
- flaxseed flour (140 g);
- oregano (1/2 tsp);
- sea salt or pink Himalayan salt (1 tsp);
- baking powder (1 tbsp).
Mix thoroughly.
Add the eggs (3 pcs), water (4 tbsp), and olive oil (3 tbsp) to the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients well until you have a uniform dough.
Pour the mixture into a silicone bread mold, evenly spreading the dough.
Place the mold in the preheated oven and bake the bread for 20-25 minutes.
The finished bread should have a golden crust and be firm to the touch.
Let the bread cool slightly before slicing to prevent it from crumbling.
