First, let the ghee (100 g) warm up to room temperature. Then add erythritol (45 g) and mix thoroughly with a spatula.
Crack in the egg (1 pc) and add vanilla paste (1 tsp). After that, add the remaining ingredients:
Chop the chocolate (85% or more) (135 g) into small pieces and add it to the mixture, stirring gently.
Shape the dough into balls weighing 100 g each (you will get 5 pieces). Gently flatten them and place them on parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
After baking, let the cookies cool for 10 minutes.
